All Wellcore nutrition plans and training programmes are digital products delivered as PDF files. There is no waiting period and no shipping cost. Upon payment confirmation, your download link is sent automatically to the email address used at checkout. You will also find your downloads in your Wellcore account under My Downloads.

Download link validity: 30 days from purchase.

Download attempts: Up to 5 downloads per purchase.

File format: PDF. Opens on any device, browser, or PDF reader.

Returns and refunds

All Wellcore products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been issued or accessed. Before purchasing, please review the full product description to confirm the plan is suited to your goal. If you have questions about a specific plan or programme before purchasing, contact us at health@wellcore.fitness and we will assist you in choosing the right product. In the event of a technical failure preventing download access, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or reissue your download at no cost. By completing your purchase you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

Physical products

For physical products (supplement orders and clothing), please allow 3–7 business days for delivery within your region. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or incorrect. Contact health@wellcore.fitness with your order number and a photo of the issue.
